A well-known and exciting couple living in a very beautiful aerie overlooking Grand Lake O' The Cherokees, Don and Peggy Reese are having a ball. Their lives are filled with glamour and energy, parties and yachting. Entertaining large gatherings of friends comes a natural to them as the sun setting on Grand or rising in Florida. Don is a developer in the Grand Lake area and Peggy has Pizazz by the "C", a very fashionable boutique located at Cherokee Yacht Club. They spend their springs, summers and falls on Grand Lake and their winters sailing the Atlantic and the Gulf around Florida. Their home reflects their active lifestyle and provides them with a perfect place for fun and entertaining. The 4600 sq. ft. home was built by Hugh Hollowell on Eagle Bluff, an area developed by Don. Eagle Bluff sits on a cliff, 100 feet above Grand overlooking this most grandest of lakes. Even the approach up to the entrance itself shows the interest taken in the home with its variegated brown stained and scored driveway. The stately front entrance, although beautiful, predicts a rather formal living style within the home. But it secretly hides an easy, casual way of life that the Reeser's have made for themselves. Living to the fullest is the name of the game. ![]()
